It is amazing how these Nike Free Trainers keep their shape. The upper fabric is very thin and that is just about it. Around the heel a single layer gives you support. Each time I put them on I have to get used to it again for a minute. There is no padding whatsover. Not uncomfortable. No, it makes your feel feel one with the trainer. They fit like a glove.
